This Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and PalTable, LLC ("PalTable"), not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the PalTable app or its content.
PalTable grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the PalTable iOS application on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and this EULA.
You may not copy (except as permitted by law), modify, reverse engineer, rent, lease, lend, redistribute, or sublicense the app. You may not use the app for unlawful purposes.
PalTable is solely responsible for maintenance and support of the app. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services.
PalTable is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of app failure to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any); Apple has no other warranty obligation. Any other claims are PalTable's responsibility.
PalTable, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app or your possession or use of it, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, and consumer protection claims.
In the event of any third-party claim that the app infringes intellectual property rights, PalTable, not Apple, is solely responsible for investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claim.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Use of the app is also subject to applicable third-party terms, including your wireless data service agreement and PalTable's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights terminate automatically if you fail to comply with it. Upon termination you must cease use and delete all copies of the app.
