Restaurant Partner Program

PalTable connects your restaurant with diners who book curated group dining events — shared tables, fixed menus, and a social atmosphere. This page summarizes how the program works at launch. It supplements our Terms of Use.
Who can join
- At launch, restaurants sign up in the PalTable iOS app — tap Restaurant on the welcome screen.
- A web portal for restaurants is planned for a future update; v1 is iOS only.
- New partners are auto-approved at signup and can publish events right away.
- PalTable may suspend partners that harm guest trust, violate law, or repeatedly no-show on hosted events.
What to host
- Dinners only at launch — typically 6:00–9:00 PM seatings.
- Event-based, not walk-in reservations. You publish a PalTable dinner with a date, time, seat count, menu, and price.
- Slow nights first. We recommend Tuesday–Thursday evenings. Friday–Saturday prime slots are optional once your events consistently fill.
- Target 1–2 published events per week while you learn the format.

Example: you set $55/seat. The Pal pays $63.25 ($55 + 15% service fee). You receive $55 per filled seat.
Approval & publishing
- Complete restaurant setup in the app (profile, menu, Stripe Connect for paid events).
- Create events and tap Publish — they go live to Pals immediately.
- We recommend starting with Tuesday–Thursday dinners between 6–9 PM.
